This page explains how users of the “Mangalib” mobile application can request deletion of their account and related personal data.
The “Mangalib” mobile application allows users to create an account using an email address, nickname, and password. If you no longer want to use your account, you may request its deletion.

1. How to Delete Your Account
You may request deletion of your Mangalib account in one of the following ways:
1.1. In the mobile application
If this feature is available in the application interface, you can delete your account through the account settings:
Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account
The exact path may differ depending on the application version.
1.2. By email
You may also request account deletion by sending an email to:
support@mangalib.app
In your request, please specify:
the email address linked to your account;
your nickname, if you remember it;
the text: “Please delete my Mangalib account.”
For security reasons, we may ask you to confirm that you own the account, for example by confirming access to the email address linked to the account.
2. What Data Will Be Deleted or Anonymized
After confirming the account deletion request, Mangalib may delete, block, or anonymize data associated with your account, including:
account email address;
nickname;
password hash;
public display name;
profile biography;
avatar;
library;
favorites;
bookmarks;
reading history;
reading progress;
comments;
reviews;
ratings;
likes;
uploaded user-generated content, where applicable;
support request data, where deletion is possible;
push token;
technical data linked to the account, where deletion is possible.
3. What Happens After Account Deletion
After your account is deleted, you may lose access to:
your profile;
your library;
your reading history;
your favorites and bookmarks;
your comments;
your reviews;
downloaded materials;
your subscription and related features;
other account-related features.
Downloaded chapters and other materials saved inside the application will become unavailable and may be deleted.
Account deletion is irreversible. After deletion, it may not be possible to restore your account, library, reading history, comments, reviews, subscription access, or other account data.
4. Deletion Timeframe
After your account deletion request is confirmed, Mangalib will delete, block, or anonymize your personal data within up to 30 calendar days, unless longer storage is required by law, for performance of obligations, payment processing, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, or protection of the rights of Mangalib, users, copyright holders, or other third parties.
5. Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained after account deletion if retention is necessary for:
compliance with legal requirements;
accounting and tax purposes;
confirmation of payment or service provision;
processing refunds;
resolving disputes;
reviewing complaints;
reviewing copyright holder requests;
fraud prevention;
security;
protection of the rights and legitimate interests of Mangalib, users, copyright holders, or other third parties.
Such data will be stored only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by applicable law.
Some data may also be retained in anonymized or aggregated form for statistics, security, and improvement of the application. Such data does not directly identify a specific user.
6. Subscription and Refunds
Deleting your account does not automatically result in a refund of the subscription price.
If you purchased a subscription through the App Store, Google Play, RuStore, or another payment platform, refunds may be processed according to the rules of the relevant platform.
If you believe that you were charged incorrectly or that your paid subscription was not provided due to a technical error, please contact us at:

7. If You Cannot Access Your Account
If you cannot access your account but want to delete it, send a request to:
support@mangalib.app
Please include the email address linked to your account and any information that may help us identify the account. We may request additional information to confirm that you are the account owner.
